1. Clarity of thought

The knowledge of the subject that a teacher is teaching should be clear to him, at the time of teaching, he should know that in which subjects he has to give knowledge of transfer. Transfer doesn't happen by itself, it has to be planned, the knowledge of all these has to be given to the child.

2. Intelligence

The teacher should pay special attention to the intelligence students of the class from the point of view of transfer. Because the children who have intelligence think and experience differently, they can easily use the experience and ability in other situations.

3. Methods of teaching

Transfer also has a special effect on the teaching method taught in the class. If the teacher teaches the children through psychological method, then they will take interest in it and the problem will also become clear. For the success of transfer, it is necessary that teaching should be made interesting and this is still in the hands of a teacher.

4. Generalization

The teacher needs to pay attention to one more special thing that whatever he teaches in the class, he should teach on the basis of generalization. This is because by doing so the chances of transfer are highest.learning transfer in hindi

5. Correlation

When the teacher teaches in the class, he should also keep in mind that it is related to Samvay. In education, adjustment is the basic point of transfer. It is necessary to add knowledge from the basic point. Children should be encouraged to know the relation and difference between two similar things.

From this point of view, the teacher should pay attention to the similarity of curriculum method and adjustment in other subjects. The knowledge to be taught should be related to the previous experience.

6. Insight

In order to make the transfer permanent, the teacher should develop insight. According to absolutists, the problem should be placed before the children as a whole. Opportunities for insight should be provided in similar situations.

7. Curriculum

The interests and needs of the child are taken into consideration while preparing the curriculum. Schools are the reflection of the society. The curriculum taught in the school should be appropriate and useful to the needs of the students. The curriculum should be adapted to the needs of the child's future life. While preparing the curriculum, special attention should be paid to the fact that the curriculum should not be meaningless, useless and uninteresting, but meaningfulness should be included in the curriculum.

8. Thinking

For the success of the transfer, it is necessary that the teachers should develop thinking in the students, how to develop thinking so that it becomes a habit, by doing this, the child will think about the future before doing any work and think about their useful and needs. transfer of learning

9. Development of aptitude

If the teacher wants to develop the ability of transfer in his students, then it is necessary that he should give more emphasis on the use of knowledge in other situations in the students. By doing this they will develop attitude and they will be able to use the knowledge in every situation. Or it should be kept in mind that the development of knowledge should be done in an ideal way, otherwise there will be no success in transfer.

10. Application of the knowledge

The teacher should also keep in mind that he should encourage the students that whatever knowledge is given to them or whatever action is taught, they should make full use of it in their future life. By doing this, the inherent abilities of the students will be developed and they will achieve success in every walk of life. Only the application of acquired knowledge satisfies the expectations of transfer.

CONCLUSION:

In this way, it can be said that the role of teacher is important in the transfer of learning of children because everything they teach or tell affects the future life of the student and their transfer of learning. It is also helpful.
